Parlament House of bangladesh

Jatiyo Sangsad Bhaban is the national assembly house of Bangladesh. It situated in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, is bounded by four major streets in the capital Dhaka. Parliament house  is one of the biggest legislative complexes in the world.
Government of Pakistan was started Construction of the Jatiya Shangshad Bhaban in 1961 and completed in 1982. Total expenditure of construction and design was tk 129 crore or 1.29 billion.  Design by  World famous American Architect Luis I Kahn. Total are of Jatiyo Sangsad Bhaban is 200 acres.
The Main Plaza located is at the center of the complex. The external parts of the compound contain the MP hostel. An intricately intended lake environs the main building.

Tomb of the three national leaders


Mausoleum of three Leaders is most important for Bengali nation.  Honourable A K Fazlul Huq, Khwaja Nazimuddin and Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy ar e the National Leaders of Bangladesh. They contributed to the political shape up of Bangladesh at different times. This memorial (Three leaders graves) located (Ramna park) in Dhaka University area near Suhrawardy Uddan. Also walking distance from “Doel Chattar”
This is the interment place under one wrap of three national leaders. This honor winning architectural work of PWD architects Masud Ahmed. It was constructed by PWD in the 1980's. This is extremely well-designed to look at.

Bangladesh is land of rivers. Many of these rivers are wide and long. The small rivers rise in the rains and dries up in winter. All these rivers can be used for various purposes of big and small rivers in our country. The soil of Bangladesh is wonderfully fertile. There are many rivers in Bangladesh and carry alluvial deposit to it rains are copious here. As a result, most people of our country live by agriculture and they grow a large variety of crops every year. Crops are mainly of two kinds – food crops and cash crops. Food crops are eaten and cash crops bring in money. Rice, wheat, pulse, maize, fruits, vegetables etc are food crops jute, tea called cash crops. Rice is main food crop and jute is the principal cash crop of Bangladesh.

Fruit Salad Paine -apple

Paine –apple is another common fruit of Bangladesh. It is obtainable in large quantities in Bangladesh during the rainy season. It is full of the most wonderful juice. It is a highly palatable and very health giving fruit. It is said that a glass of pine-apple juice in the morning keeps the doctor far away.

Jack-fruit which is called “kanthal ” in Bangali, is a giant among fruits. A large sized one sometimes weighs   about a maund. It has a rough and prickly skin. Inside the skin the fruit is found to be composed of many flakes, each of them containing a stone. It is a composite fruit. The fruit is golden in colour and sweet to the taste. Jack –fruit is national fruit of Bangladesh.

The Mango

Among the fruits the mango takes the lead by its sweetness and power of nutrition. It is called the prince of fruits. It has several varieties such as Fazli, Langra, Mohonbhog, Gopalbhog, etc. The Fazli is a large sized mango found in Rajshahi, Bogra, and Dinagpur Districts. It is sweet and has a peculiar flavor of its own and is immune from the ravages of worms .Mangoes are more or less found in almost every district of Bangladesh.
